He’s the gambler to observe at this game and they know it. The whale will either win big-time or lose big and there is no in between.

There’s the budget gambler, most likely attempting to acquaint themselves with the whales. he/she will inform the other bettors of books she’s read up on, on dice throwing and bum around the hottest shooter at the craps table, prepared to confer and "share ideas and thoughts".
